Mass Defection: APC Loses Thousands To PDP

Over 800 members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), defected on Tuesday, October 28, to the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) in Abia State.
The defectors were said to have burnt their APC membership cards, party flags and pledged loyalty to the PDP.
That same day, thousands of members of the APC in Ikbopa Okha Local Government Area of Edo state also dumped their party for the PDP.
They pledged to massively votes for the PDP in the forthcoming 2015 general election.
